Cole Williams has worked his whole life for the local mob operating out of a small town in California.

One day he decides he’s finished. He rips his boss off for enough money to flee the state and tells his wife to pack their bags.

But by the time he’s ready to make his escape it’s too late. His boss catches on, killing Cole’s wife as punishment. Cole’s next on the list but he manages to escape just in time.

He hits the road, heading anywhere but West. Eventually he winds up in Rainsville, Alabama. A city just as uneventful as its name.

Seems like the perfect place to lay low for a while. Cole even befriends a local prostitute named Delilah.

But Delilah’s got problems of her own. And they soon become communal.

Her pimp bullies Cole for any money he’s got. And when he can’t get it he uses his fists to take it out on Delilah.

To top things off, Cole’s former boss sends scouts around the country searching for him.

In fact, two have already been spotted in Rainsville.

Cole and Delilah decide to run together. After a bloody confrontation with her pimp, the unlikely duo are back on the lam.

But within days Cole’s past catches up with him and he’s forced to take on the men that were sent after him. With Delilah’s help, the two barely manage to escape with their lives.

To survive, Cole needs to face his problems head on.

He needs to return home to the man that murdered his wife.

Only this time he isn’t going alone.
